true, but you always need to get a sense of what they really know.
only difference being that in source control you should merge early :)
so, yes, delaying - but generally working in different areas so merges are much of an issue. mostly to control release timing.
Finally got time to start reading pro typescript. It is an awesome book so far. it is covering stuff I never expected!
