Uzo Aduba: From Orange is the New Black to Diapers are the New Chic!
In a shocking turn of events, Uzo Aduba, our beloved Crazy Eyes from Orange is the New Black, has officially joined the mom club! The 42-year-old actress and her husband Robert Sweeting have welcomed their first bundle of joy into this crazy world - a baby girl. Cue all the awws and melted hearts.
But wait for it... they didn't just give her any old name like Jane or Sarah. Oh no! They went full-on unique with Adaiba Lee Nonyem. It's safe to say that little Adaiba will never have trouble finding personalized keychains at souvenir shops.
Aduba took to social media (because where else do you make important announcements these days?) to share her excitement about becoming a mama bear. She posted an adorable picture holding tiny baby feet in one hand while clutching an Emmy award in another because multitasking should be celebrated too!
The two-time Emmy winner captioned it with three simple words: My daughter. Short but sweet; we can only imagine how many drafts she had before settling on those perfect ones.
